Products are offered for sale subject to availability and are delivered at the prices ruling at the date of dispatch. The company reserves the right to modify the design and specifications of any product without prior notice.

Carriage:

Goods will be despatched overnight by courier free of charge, providing the order value exceeds £175.00
Orders below £175.00 will carry a flat rate carriage charge of £10.00
Smaller items sent by post will be charged at the rate of postage incurred at the time.

Returns:

Faulty items to be returned must be notified to the office on 01305 251772, with the following information

Part number
Date purchased with invoice number
Fault details
Faulty goods will be collected by Steve Punter only if he has an authorised collection note issued by the office.
Credits will only be given when replacement items are unavailable.

Goods returned for any other reason will incur a £10.00 handling charge
Special orders are not returnable and non-refundable
